The Regenezone Method
The RegeneZone Method™
Beyond the Joint. Beyond the Injection.
At RegeneZone™, we believe joint degeneration is more than cartilage wear and tear. Your joints are living, biologically active systems influenced by inflammation, metabolism, hormones, cellular communication, and biomechanics.
That's why we've developed The RegeneZone Method™, a comprehensive approach to joint health that looks beyond the source of pain to understand the factors contributing to dysfunction.
Our philosophy is simple: Evaluate the entire joint. Optimize the biological environment. Treat with precision. Restore long-term function.
Our Four-Stage Approach
-
We begin with a comprehensive clinical assessment and diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, supplemented by MRI and laboratory testing when indicated.
We evaluate cartilage, tendons, ligaments, synovial inflammation, joint mechanics, and the surrounding tissues. We also consider deeper abnormalities, including subchondral bone and bone marrow lesions, along with systemic factors that may influence joint health.
We don't simply ask where it hurts. We investigate why.
-
Joint health begins with the health of the entire person.
We evaluate and address relevant contributors such as chronic inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, hormonal deficiencies, nutritional status, muscle loss, and impaired recovery.
Our approach incorporates evidence-based strategies for metabolic and hormonal health, nutrition, physical conditioning, and inflammation management.
We also follow emerging research into cellular aging, immune regulation, and peptides such as thymosin alpha-1, recognizing that their applications to osteoarthritis remain investigational.
Our goal is to create the healthiest possible environment for joint function and recovery.
-
When appropriate, we incorporate image-guided orthobiologic procedures into an individualized treatment plan.
Our clinical approach includes platelet-rich plasma (PRP/PRGF), prolotherapy, and evaluation of other biologic tissue products, including Wharton's jelly-derived extracellular matrix (ECM) allografts.
We also study the evolving science of mesenchymal stromal cells, extracellular vesicles, and cellular signaling, while distinguishing investigational applications from established treatments.
The right treatment begins with the right diagnosis—not a one-size-fits-all injection.
-
Long-term joint health requires more than a procedure.
We emphasize progressive strengthening, improved biomechanics, mobility, and appropriate rehabilitation to support joint stability and physical independence.
We monitor outcomes through clinical assessment, functional testing, patient-reported improvements, and follow-up imaging when indicated.
Our objective is not simply less pain. It's better movement, greater capability, and more active years.
The Eight Pillars of Joint Health
Our method considers eight interconnected areas that influence musculoskeletal health:
Inflammation & Immune Health — Understanding chronic inflammation and immune signaling.
Metabolic & Mitochondrial Health — Supporting energy metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and healthy body composition.
Hormones & Musculoskeletal Health — Evaluating hormonal influences on muscle, bone, and joint function.
Cellular Communication & Signaling — Understanding growth factors, peptides, and intercellular signaling.
Cellular Aging & Longevity — Examining senescence, oxidative stress, and age-related tissue changes.
Orthobiologics & Tissue Health — Selecting appropriate therapies based on tissue condition and clinical evidence.
Biomechanics, Muscle & Movement — Improving strength, stability, and joint loading.
Measurement & Long-Term Outcomes — Tracking meaningful changes in pain, function, and quality of life.
A More Complete Approach to Joint Health
We believe the future of musculoskeletal medicine lies in understanding the relationship between the joint and the entire body.
By combining advanced diagnostics, comprehensive medical evaluation, appropriate orthobiologic interventions, and long-term functional care, we aim to help our patients move better and maintain their independence.
Because treating a joint is one thing. Understanding the person—and the biology behind the joint—is something more.
